In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product did not meet your expectations, you may return the merchandise, as long as it's in the original packaging, unopened and unused.
You can return an item within 15 days of the purchase. Refunds for return requests will be processed within 7 working days for card payments and 14 working days for COD payments upon receipt of the unused merchandise.
If a return occurs, refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the original credit card account used for the initial order, In the case of a return for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, our Customer Representatives will contact you to collect accurate bank details for the refund transaction. Please ensure to provide the correct information. This step is crucial to repay you appropriately for any inconvenience caused. Kindly be advised that the refund process may take up to 14 business days. Your cooperation in providing accurate details is highly appreciated.
